From the onset, the service was attentive; the staff, including the always-smiling Miss Phuong, ensured we felt welcomed and well-cared-for throughout our stay. Our room featured air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and thoughtful amenities such as an electric kettle and free toiletries, striking a pleasing balance between comfort and accessibility. The spacious layout and gentle decor provided a tranquil environment, ideal for unwinding after exploring the charming, lantern-lit streets of Hoi An. Breakfast was notably generous; the spread included both local and international dishes, making it an exceptional value within the price of our stay. the outdoor swimming pool offered a refreshing escape, enhancing the hotel's luxury appeal. The location, a short distance from main attractions, proved advantageous, while the availability of snacks and beverages near reception ensured convenience. While Paradise Hotel offers considerable luxury, it also emphasizes sensible pricing, making it a wise choice for travelers seeking both comfort and value.
